THE POWER OF ROOT CAUSE THERAPY
At one point in my life, I was at my wit's end. My compulsions were affecting not only me but also my family, partner, and friends. In a desperate attempt for change, I decided to give RCT (root cause therapy) a try, though I wasn't entirely convinced it could make a difference after years of failed attempts with other methods.
To my astonishment, RCT sessions brought about revelations and insights I never expected. I realised it was never just about my obsession with food; it was a way to mask internal pain and fill a void.
During those sessions, I was transported back to the moments when my false beliefs took root and new thought patterns were established, allowing me to break free from my old thinking habits. It was like years of conditioning were lifted, and I felt inspired and empowered, and In just three months, I shed three stones. Finally, I was free from the thoughts that had imprisoned me for so long.
